This is what helped caused the 9 driver breakaway at the front, with Patrick Britain at the helm of the lead pack. Britain would lose the lead on lap 6 however, as another Super Series Points Leader Sean Fite 2nd in Points Patrick Britain 3rd in Points Paulo Franca
