The biggest weekend of the regular sport karting season kicks off this weekend with the eighth round in the Sprint Series championship, taking to the crown jewel of them all, Classico. The Classico Grand Prix Weekend will see a sold out show of 90 drivers take to the twists and turns of one of the toughest tracks on the schedule, with nearly the entire 30 from the points standings in attendance…
Year three of the Classico Grand Prix Weekend, and the third edition of the CalSpeed All-Star Race! This race is all about bragging rights, and showcases some of the best talent ever in the CalSpeed sport karting world, made up of former champions, Classico Grand Prix winners, and just overall best of the best since the first laps were run in 2010.
In all, 19 of the 21 invitees are able to attend for the 2021 edition of the All-Star race, which blends strategy with speed, and of course race craft and cunning to come out on top. The first two races have been taken down by the same driver, but the other two spots on the podium have changed each year. Like he will be doing the entire weekend, Justin Schouler will be calling all the action, with spectators welcome to the pizza and beverages provided while the on track action ensues…
