CalSpeed Sprint Series 2019 Round 5 Preview

For Sprint Series Round 5, we’ll be taking to the Tecnio circuit for the first time this season, one of only two courses we’ll visit more than once, as the season finale will also be on this tricky layout.

As always, we take a closer look at the Overall points standings -now with 2 drops in play after 4 rounds- and of course will look up any wildcard entries that could put a wrench into things on Saturday.

But perhaps the biggest spotlight will be shone on the Winter Sub-championship; 6 drivers still have a shot at the first title to be crowned in 2019, and we’ll talk about all the different scenarios that could see one of them leave tomorrow as a new champ.
